The applicant must be able to understand, follow and complete verbal instructions. Construction experience is a bonus but we are willing to train individuals with little or no experience if they are capable and willing to learn the concrete construction trade. Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular and daily basis. Applicants must be in good physical condition and able to bend, stoop and walk on even as well as uneven ground in addition to other physical demands from the construction job aspects. Applicants must be able to work 5 days a week Monday thru Friday and be able to be at work on time scheduled daily. The pay rate will be determined by job experience and the rate of learning job duties and carrying them out consistently. A bonus is given at owners' discretion based on employees' performance and job attitude.
