I have a Green Senegal Parrot named Sammy. It was my mother's bird and she recently passed away. I do not know if it is a boy or a girl. The bird is approximately 13 years old. Sammy was with my disabled mother day and night. We wheeled the cage in the kitchen with her during the day and the den at night. Sammy loves attention. It is a nice bird but can have a bad bite if you do not know how to handle these types of birds. He is used to getting out of his cage for at least a little while daily. I am hoping to find a home where Sammy can have a mate or a good companion that gives the birds lots of attention the way my mom did. But again, please be aware that it is best that you know how to handle these birds.
