Trailer is 7' 8" wide by 17' 8" long. This is a drop axle trailer with brakes but there is no wiring or lights installed on the trailer. I have no idea what condition the brakes or axle bearings or seals are in as I have not had any of that apart. I have bought but never installed new tail lights, wiring harness and 7-Way Trailer Plug Cord with 7-Pole Wiring Junction Box. I also have 5 new tires mounted on new rims with steel valve stems (again not installed on trailer). The tires are heavy ply trailer tires.
I bought the trailer to haul steel and lumber on so that I could secure smaller loads of only a piece or two more securely than I could on a decked flatbed. You can tie down using the longitudinal frame members. My business plans changed so I no longer need the trailer
You could easily deck the trailer with plywood or 2X lumber for a nice flatbed, add rails for a car hauler or build a tiny house on it. This trailer frame was originally a mobile office and bunk house but all that was removed a retitled multi use. I have a clear title in my name.
